Tech Together's Girls Tech program teaches girls coding, entrepreneurship, and teamwork while they create an app solving a real-world problem. At the end of the program, the girls will submit their projects to the international Technovation Challenge.
Open to girls ages 8–15. No prior coding experience is required!

Students should have access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
Learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Thunkable, and MIT App Inventor and app development through beginner-friendly projects. Girls will ultimately choose one of these platforms to build their final app.
Work with teammates to identify real community challenges, brainstorm creative solutions, and build user-friendly apps.
Develop presentation skills, collaborate with mentors, and confidently share your project with judges at Technovation.
Research community problems and design an innovative app that makes a positive impact.
Explore programming basics through fun lessons and hands-on coding activities.
Turn your ideas into a working application while receiving feedback from mentors.
Present your finished project and submit it to the international Technovation Challenge.
Gain technical skills while learning in a supportive environment with mentors and teammates.
